PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants entering the Shibobo Deal Consumer Promotion (“Competition”) organised by Sausage Saloon South Africa (“Sausage Saloon” or “the Promoters”). By participating in this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTERS
   1. This Competition is organised by Sausage Saloon South Africa.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   1. The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
   2. Employees of Sausage Saloon and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   3. Participants must possess a valid South African Identity Document or Passport.
   4. Legal entities are not eligible to participate.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
   1. The Competition runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026.
   2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
   3. Customers may enter as many times as they wish.
   4. Promotion available at participating stores only and while stocks last.
4. PROMOTIONAL DEAL
   1. Customers can purchase the following promotional deals at participating stores:
   2. Shibobo Deal: Reg Wors + Small Chips + 300ml Coke Buddy
   3. Hotdog Only: R45.00
   4. Combo Meal: R69.00
5. HOW TO ENTER
   1. To enter the Competition, participants must:
   2. Purchase the Shibobo Deal at a participating Sausage Saloon store.
   3. Complete their contact details on the till slip.
   4. Rate the staff member who served them out of 5.
   5. Leave a short comment about the staff member’s service experience.
   6. Ensure the staff member’s name is clearly written on the slip.
   7. Hand the completed slip back to the store and place it into the official Competition entry box.
   8. Once completed, customers will automatically be entered into the Competition.
6. PRIZES
   1. Participants and the staff member they rated could each win:
   2. An Old Skool voucher valued at R2,000; and
   3. Solo Beats Wireless AirPods.
   4. Prizes are awarded to both the selected customer and the nominated staff member linked to the entry.
7. WINNER SELECTION
   1. Winners will be selected by random draw conducted by Sausage Saloon or an appointed independent party.
   2. Winners will be contacted via telephone or SMS using the details provided on the entry slip.
   3. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.
   4. Proof of purchase and identification may be required for verification purposes.
8. PRIZE TERMS
   1. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
   2. Sausage Saloon reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal value should circumstances require.
   3. Winners are responsible for collecting or accepting prizes as arranged by the Promoters.
9. PUBLICITY AND CONSENT
   1. By entering the Competition, participants grant Sausage Saloon permission to use their names and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Competition.
   2. Winners may decline participation in publicity material.
10. DATA PRIVACY
    1. Personal information collected will only be used for Competition administration purposes and in accordance with POPIA regulations.
    2. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for Competition verification and communication purposes.
11. DISQUALIFICATION
    1. Sausage Saloon reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
       1. Tampers with the entry process;
       2. Provides false information; or
       3. Acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
12. LIABILITY
    1. Sausage Saloon shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize.
    2. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time if required.
13. GOVERNING LAW
    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
