These terms and conditions apply to all customers who purchase or consume products from Sausage Saloon. By purchasing or consuming any products from Sausage Saloon, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Product Availability and Pricing:
   1.1 The availability of products is subject to change without notice. Sausage Saloon will make its best efforts to ensure all products are in stock,
          but there may be instances where certain products are temporarily unavailable.
   1.2 Prices of products are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed orders already placed.
2. Order Placement:
   2.1 To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information.
   2.2 Sausage Saloon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason, without liability.
   2.3 Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, except at the sole discretion of Sausage Saloon.

3. Delivery and Pick-up:
   3.1 Delivery options, availability, and fees may vary based on location and order value. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery
          information.
   3.2 Sausage Saloon will not be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur during delivery but will make its best efforts to ensure
          safe and timely delivery.
   3.3 If a customer opts for pick-up, it is their responsibility to collect the order promptly and ensure they have valid proof of purchase.
4. Returns and Refunds:
   4.1 Sausage Saloon strives to provide high-quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service within
          seven days of delivery or pick-up to discuss a possible return or refund.
   4.2 Returns and refunds are subject to the sole discretion of Sausage Saloon and may be denied based on the condition or nature of the
          product.
5. Product Consumption and Allergies:
   5.1 Customers with known allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review the product ingredients before making a purchase.
   5.2 Sausage Saloon cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment and will not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the
          consumption of its products.
   5.3 Allergens include Wheat, Gluten, Milk, Soya & egg.
   5.4 Products made in a factory that uses, Soya, Milk, Eggs, Seeds, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat Gluten (Flour) Shellfish
6. Intellectual Property:
   6.1 All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Company’s brand and products are the sole property of Sausage Saloon.
   6.2 Any unauthorized use or reproduction of Sausage Saloon’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability:
   7.1 Sausage Saloon will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, consumption,
          or use of its products, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
   7.2 The Company’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
   8.1 These T&Cs and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
          Country/Province.
   8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Country/Province.
9. Amendments:
   9.1 Sausage Saloon reserves the right to revise or amend these T&Cs at any time without notice. Any such revisions or amendments will be
          effective immediately upon posting on the website.
10. Severability:
    10.1 If any provision of these T&Cs is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement:
    11.1 These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Sausage Saloon regarding the purchase and consumption of its

23. “Sausage Saloon asserts its claim as ‘The World’s Best Hotdogs’ in good faith as a statement of pride and brand positioning, consistent with the legal principle of puffery, which is recognized as non-objective and not requiring substantiation. This claim does not mislead consumers but reflects the brand’s confidence in its products, supported by accolades received in Germany, where Sausage Saloon was awarded gold, silver, and bronze for its sausages. Furthermore, this confidence is bolstered by results from an independent blind tasting in which Sausage Saloon hotdogs were voted the best.

    To protect this claim globally, Sausage Saloon relies on trademark protection under international frameworks, ensuring exclusive rights to its branding. The company also adheres to advertising and intellectual property laws by clearly distinguishing between subjective marketing statements and objectively provable claims. Any use of third-party awards or certifications in marketing materials is authorized and complies with relevant intellectual property guidelines to avoid infringement or false advertising risks.”
